With over 15 years of professional coaching and talent-development experience, Tigran Tadevosyan, a UEFA Pro licence coach, brings a strong record of progressing academy players into first-team football, securing professional contracts, international call-ups, scholarship pathways, and transfers to higher-level clubs. His career includes leading and supporting successful academy audit processes and designing development frameworks that directly enhance player value and club strategy during transfer windows.
He currently serves as B Team Head Coach / Senior PDP Coach at Notts County F.C., following previous roles as Head of Coaching & Methodology and Lead PDP Coach within the same club. He has also held key academy positions at Shrewsbury Town F.C., A.F.C. Wimbledon, and Barnet F.C in United Kingdom, alongside international work in Armenia, Lebanon and Greece in a Academy and 1st team environments.
In addition, since 2022, he has been a Coach Developer for the FA UEFA C, supporting coach education and methodological standards across the country through The Football Association.
