It was an absolute pleasure to be a featured speaker this past weekend in Serbia at Deal Done Serbia. The event was excellent with many outstanding football/ soccer professional from every continent of our game.
It was absolutely amazing to see how we are able to bridge the gap across our oceans within our footballing cultures as we continue to share unique experiences and concepts. Im thankful for the great contributors on the panel with me Fernando Matos, Yuri Dell'Atti, and Armin Bezler. K. Tarkan Batgun was absolutely an amazing moderator for our discussion.
A special thanks to Edvard Markovic for the invitation and immaculate organization for months on the event. I would absolutely encourage many of my colleagues to mark their calendars for the next one. Definitely now a pillar on my calendar.
It was an honor to participate in Deal Done Serbia 2025 and share my ideas about Scouting, as a speaker at an event that brought together diverse perspectives on football, connecting multiple areas within the football industry.
My thanks to Edvard Markovic and his team for the invitation and for creating an environment that valued essence over protocol and genuine dialogue over mere presentation. The high level of both the program and the participants presented Deal Done Serbia, in its first edition, as a platform for decision-makers in football.
Also to K. Tarkan Batgun for the excellent moderation on the panel I also participated in, with Yuri Dell'Atti, Armin Bezler and Jeremy S..
An event shaped by knowledge, trust, and a strong professional ethic. I highly recommend it to everyone working in the football market who seeks clarity, collaboration, and innovative perspectives.
Two excellent days are behind us, filled with knowledge, exchange of experience, and - above all - people.
Outstanding organization Edvard Markovic, warm hospitality, great networking, and very engaging panels made the Deal Done conference truly special.
It was also great to see some of the IFFA - International Federation of Football Agents members gathered in one place and to feel that rare sense of community and togetherness
And networking... what can I say - so many new connections, conversations, and potential collaborations.
Beyond the formal agenda, there was time for informal socializing as well, because football truly opens doors around the world.
Finally, a big thank you to Edvard Markovic for the idea and the effort to bring us all together. I'm looking forward to future meetings and continuing the stories we`ve started.
This weekend, I attended the Deal Done Serbia in Belgrade. An insightful event with excellent discussions and valuable exchanges with professionals from across the industry.
Great to be part of Deal Done Serbia!
A great discussion on how clubs prepare early for key moments and how the best teams stay ready to act when timing matters most.
This had me thinking a lot about how important it is to be able to move fast, act on opportunities, and have the information you need at your fingertips.
Thank you for hosting Edvard Markovic and great to see familiar faces like Gabor Horvath, Tom Van den Abbeele, Andre Martek, Maximilian Lüftl + make new connections with Fernando Matos, Benedict Sefa-Ziorklui, Ryan Strachan, Bojan Vukmirović. Jahid Asgarov, Radoslaw Mozvrko, Emil Asadov, Aram Zadoyan, David AKHALKATSI, Dirk Engelbinck, Jeremy S.
Last weekend (13-14 December), I attended Deal Done Serbia, a two-day event focused on how the football transfer window really works, representing MSN Sports Management.
It was great to be in the same room with agents, scouts, club directors, lawyers, and other sports professionals, sharing ideas and real-life experiences from the transfer market. The talks were insightful, the discussions honest, and I picked up a lot of practical takeaways that I'Il definitely use going forward.
What I enjoyed most was the networking - meeting people from different parts of the football industry, exchanging perspectives, and reconnecting with ISDE lecturers and fellow ISDE alumni, which made the experience even more valuable. Overall, a very well-organized event with a great atmosphere.
Thanks to everyone involved, and looking forward to staying in touch and building on the connections made in Stara Pazova

Honored to have been part of Deal Done Serbia 2025 and to contribute as a speaker to a forum that brings together decision-makers who actively shape the football industry
What makes this event distinctive is its substance. The conversations were direct, commercially aware, and legally informed, reflecting the realities faced daily by clubs, agents, and advisors operating at the highest level nu The openness of the exchange and the willingness to share experience created real value beyond the panels themselves
Credit is due to the organizing team (Edvard Markovic) for creating a platform that prioritizes quality over formality and meaningful interaction over mere visibility. The professional standard of both the content and the audience confirms Deal Done Serbia as a serious meeting point for football leadership
An event driven by expertise, credibility, and strong professional culture. Highly recommended to anyone involved in football business who is looking for insight, connection, and perspective
If you work in transfers, regulations, governance, or commercial strategy, this is precisely the type of environment where real insights are exchanged. In our sector, people pay significant sums for specialised advice - here, you will receive it directly and openly from top practitioners.
A week ago I had the pleasure of attending Deal Done Serbia close to Belgrade. It was an amazingly well-organised event, with great speakers who offered valuable insights into the winter transfer window and broader topics such as scouting, data and transfer strategies.

It was a pleasure to speak at Deal Done Serbia and be part of such an engaging event. I really enjoyed meeting inspiring people, exchanging perspectives, and having thoughtful conversations. Events like this highlight how our industry is driven by talented, progressive professionals who are shaping its future every day. Grateful for the connections made, the ideas shared, and the positive energy throughout the conference
A special thanks to Edvard Markovic for the excellent organization.
During 2 days event at Belgrade,I had in-depth discussions with sporting directors, head scouts, and chief data analysts from several mid-sized and smaller European clubs--including Bologna, Hannover 96, Nurmberg, Sturm Graz, Famalicão, and Poznań- and also built meaningful connections with dozens of European football agents who attended.
Previously, my understanding of European football's ecosystem and professionalism came mostly through a screen, lacking that firsthand feel. But this trip showed me that even clubs outside the continent's elite operate with remarkable structure and sophistication-from scouting networks and squad building to data analysis and youth development.
It's precisely this deep professionalism that sustains the entire football industry in Europe, creating opportunities for nearly everyone who enters it.
The key takeaway? Get out there. Get involved.
thank you very much for your kind words but more importantly for a great event. It certainly exceeded my expectations for a first-time event and I hope that you were also satisfied. Hospitality from you and your team was excellent, my heartfelt congratulations and thanks.

Grateful for the invitation and the quality of conversations throughout the event.
Last weekend, on the 13th and 14th, we had the honour of being speakers at the Deal Done event, where we also took on the role of ambassadors of Cameroon.
Our presentation focused on African talents and the work of Mega Sports Management, with the winter transfer window as the central theme of the event, a period when decisions are made that shape careers, clubs, and the entire dynamics of the football market.
Through panels and discussions, we presented our approach to player development, scouting, and strategic transfer management, with a clear goal: to ensure that African potential is given the right structure, the right support, and a clear pathway to the European stage.
Deal Done brought together key decision-makers from within the football industry. We had the opportunity to connect with outstanding professionals, exchange insights, and further strengthen Mega Sports Management's position as a serious and recognisable player in the international transfer ecosystem.
This was not just an appearance. It was a confirmation of our direction and a step forward.
Mega Sports Management continues to grow.
And this is only the beginning.
