As the founder of Superior Squad Sports Management, I have built an international network connecting talented players with professional clubs and key decision-makers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
My work focuses particularly on identifying and developing young talent, creating clear pathways from emerging football markets into the professional game. I am directly involved in contract negotiations, transfers, player representation, scouting, club relations, and career management.
I work alongside established figures within international football, including my partner Mido, the Egyptian football legend and former Ajax, Tottenham and Roma player.
