Marian Mihail is an EU-qualified lawyer and seasoned sports law specialist with substantial executive experience in international football governance, regulatory compliance and dispute resolution operational leadership developed over more than a decade at the intersection of law, sport and strategic club management.
Marian’s advisory work spans regulatory frameworks such as the FIFA Regulations on the Status and Transfer of Players (RSTP), match agent and intermediaries’ oversight, dispute resolution before the FIFA Football Tribunal and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and contractual governance for clubs and player representatives. He regularly analyses complex jurisprudence and operational risk, translating legal nuance into practical guidance for football executives and agents.
In addition to his legal practice, Marian contributes as a visiting lecturer at the Titu Maiorescu University of Bucharest, a member of the European Football Clubs Legal & Regulatory Workgroup and General Counsel to FC Rapid Bucharest.
