Roy Vermeer served as Legal Director of FIFPRO, the global players' union, until 2025. Prior to that, he spent six years as legal counsel at UEFA and FIFA. From 2016 to 2025, he was a member of both the FIFA Dispute Resolution Chamber and the FIFA Football Agent Working Group. In 2025, he founded his own law firm, representing players, agents, coaches, and clubs.
