Vladimir Puzović, PhD, is a professor of physiology and diagnostics in sport with over 15 years of experience delivering lectures, seminars, workshops, and consultations to athletes and sports clubs across more than 40 countries in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
His work covers the full spectrum of athletic performance — from injury prevention and rehabilitation to elite-level return-to-sport decision-making. He has worked with Olympians, World Championship competitors, and professional athletes in multiple sports.
Beyond academic work and physical preparation and recovery of athletes, Vladimir has been involved in player and coach placements across more than 20 countries. He has organised international sports camps, some hosting up to 160 participants, and led youth delegations to international tournaments, including bringing a Crystal Palace FC youth team to compete in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.
He is currently organising educational seminars and workshops in the field of sports injuries for coaches, physicians, physiotherapists, and performance professionals, having delivered nearly 20 events in the past ten months.
Vladimir is also an Editorial Board Member for Springer Nature journals, including Scientific Reports and BMC Surgery.
