Radovan Papović is a football scouting professional with international experience in talent identification, analytical reporting, and recruitment process management. He currently serves as Chief Scout at FK Radnik Surdulica, where he oversees the full scouting pipeline across domestic and international markets. His work includes player performance analysis through WyScout, video and live scouting, and the preparation of structured scouting reports aligned with the needs of the coaching staff and Sporting Director
In addition to the Balkan and European markets, he also coordinates scouting coverage in West Africa, while supporting transfer negotiations and administrative processes within the recruitment framework
Radovan’s background in local economic development contributes to his strong organizational, communication, and project management capabilities. In this field, he led multi-sector projects, international grant proposals, and collaboration between municipal institutions, private stakeholders, and international partners
He also spent a decade in sports operations as a team manager in women’s volleyball, gaining experience in logistics, competition organization, and club management at both national and international levels
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and multiple international certifications in talent identification, video scouting, technical scouting, and performance analysis. Fluent in English, he combines analytical rigor, football knowledge, and managerial discipline—positioning him as a well-rounded profile capable of connecting football operations with strategic scouting and talent acquisition.
