A football professional with 25 years of continuous experience in the industry and an academic background in sports management. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across different competitive environments with direct involvement in scouting, recruitment, and squad building—always focused on performance and value creation.

I have contributed to projects at Pafos FC, APOEL, Vitória FC, SL Benfica, U.D. Leiria, Torreense, and Bidvest Wits, which has given me a broad understanding of diverse football cultures and markets. This range of experiences helped me develop a rigorous evaluation methodology that combines live scouting, video analysis, tactical context, and profile/mentality criteria, supported by performance indicators and strong contextual references.
