I currently work as a Scout and Recruitment Analyst at Kasımpaşa SK, focusing on player recruitment, data analysis and strategic decision support. My role combines performance data, video scouting, market intelligence and traditional football evaluation to identify players who fit the club’s sporting and financial strategy.
Previously, I worked in Scouting and Data Analysis at Fenerbahçe SK, contributing to recruitment, player and opposition analysis, and the development of data-driven tools designed to support sporting decisions.
My experience also extends into sports technology and investment, where I have been involved in evaluating companies, products and investment opportunities related to scouting, performance analysis, data and football operations.
