Oliver Schlegl is an experienced football executive, scout, and consultant with a strong international perspective on player development, talent identification, and the business of professional football. He served as managing director of the Latvian Football League (Synottip Virsliga) in 2017, contributing firsthand leadership experience from the professional league environment.
Today, Oliver supports professional clubs and football investors in turning scouting insight and player data into informed sporting decisions. His work focuses on identifying talent, evaluating players in different markets, and connecting clubs, scouts, and decision-makers across international football. Based in Riga, he combines practical executive experience with an extensive network and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping modern football.
