I currently work as a first team scout for FC Petrolul Ploiesti (1st league Romania) and head of scouting at Sport Team Academy (no. 8th ranked in our country).
I m in direct collaboration on decision makins about player recruitment with the sports director in Petrolul, currently covering 3 leagues myself. In the academy, I managed to develop a volunteering scouting department of over 25 scouts, a regional one and we cover all the areas of the country (u16 s and smaller)
