Legal advisor, specialising in football law, an experienced attorney before the bodies of the Polish Football Association, the FIFA Football Tribunal, as well as the CAS in Lausanne. He has advised numerous clubs, players, coaches and football agents from both in Poland and overseas in hundreds football-related transactions. Mateusz runs his own law firm in Krakow (Stankiewicz Law Form) dealing with football law. In the past an adjudicator in the jurisdictional bodies of the Polish Football Association. Currently a FIFA licensed football agent and since 2024 the vice-president of the Polish Association of Licensed Football Agents.
