Aram Zadoyan is a Russian football executive who was working as the Sporting Director of FC Akron Togliatti, a position he had hold since March 2022 till April 2025. Prior to this, he briefly led the club’s scouting department, reflecting his swift rise within Akron’s structure. His career began in scouting roles across several Russian clubs. He started with Veles Moscow in 2017, then moved to Rodina Moscow where he oversaw youth scouting. From 2020 to early 2022, he was part of CSKA Moscow’s scouting team, gaining experience at one of Russia’s top-tier clubs. Zadoyan is known for his data-driven approach to player evaluation, deep understanding of youth development, and strategic thinking in squad building. His transition from scouting to a leadership role reflects both his analytical strengths and his ability to manage broader sporting operations
