I’m a Performance Analyst and Head of Scouting at NK Domžale, with expertise in data-driven and video analysis, and a proven track record in talent identification. My journey began as Sporting Director at WFC Radomlje, followed by a scouting and operations role under Dave McDonough at FC Radomlje. I later specialized in youth development and academy analysis, and contributed to opponent analysis at NK Rogaška. Currently, I lead the scouting department at NK Domžale, overseeing analytical operations across both youth and senior squads. I also served as a video analyst for Slovenia’s U15 national team. In addition, I contribute to the Football Manager database as a national researcher, monitoring promising Slovenian players and covering the country’s top two divisions. In 2011, I co-founded SNPortal.si, a leading Slovenian football website. I hold a UEFA C coaching license and a performance analyst diploma issued by the Football Association of Slovenia (NZS).
