With an academic football management background and a practical scouting background, I went all the way from volunteer scout to Scout, Chief Scout, Head of Scouting, Head of Recruitment and now Sporting Director at Dinamo Bucharest. Set-up a scouting department of 60 people, covering (video scouting) 60 leagues around the world on a weekly basis, centralising more than 25.000 players in a gross database that is continuously updated and monitored. Nowadays, I am always looking to become more effective, streamlining processes and integrating all the different workflows (data analysis, video scouting, performance analysis, youth scouting, video analysis) for best possible use of resources.
